We use AI to speed up the routing of your important request to the correct team. A local AI model reads your photo and suggests where it should go — a council staff member reviews every suggestion before anything is actioned. Your photo and its location are processed on our own systems and are not sent to any external AI provider. If you type an address, it's looked up with the Queensland Government's address service.
